We are offering variety of dance classes in Jazz, Classical Ballet, Tap, Hip Hop, Breakdance, Musical Theatre , Contemporary , Tumbling and Acrobatics for Years 5- 6 students. This age group students are filled with endless energy, brimming with laughter and expression. We set up harder program for this age group. We are committed to upward growth and believe that we are able to progress, challenge and elevate our students training to maintain high level of technique and performance skills through the variety of styles and unique benefits from each of them.
In September or October Pre-Intermediate students perform their dance at a community festival with their jazz, hip hop and musical theatre dance routine. The year culminates in a spectacular end-of-year performance at our annual concert in which every child is costumed and groomed beautifully will perform in all dance routines the student has enrolled.
Students wear their Centre Stage uniforms proudly to class each week. Family members are welcome to watch their child's progress once a year during Open Week, held in Term 2.
Pre-Intermediate age students receive the Centre Stage Merit Certificates for improvement, effort, good behaviour, politeness, remembering their dance, being a good leader, and so on. This system provides postive reinforcement and an incentive for students to become self-disciplined and motivated.
From 2022 onwards we will expand the choice of new styles such as Lyrical and Singing & Drama for this incredible age group.
